Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged, leaked, or tampered with

The item is expired or spoiled upon delivery
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video of the issue via WhatsApp or email

The product must remain unused and in original packaging
Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer
